Setting Up the Bridge Mode for your Netgear Wifi Router Device



If you want to have high speed internet connections for various wireless devices then you can configure your two different Netgear router in bridge modes. One will be main router and other will act as the bridge device. We are going to explain the simple steps for configuring your Netgear wifi router devices in bridge mode. After making your router devices to work with the bridge mode you can easily access the setting page for your device using http:// routerlogin.net web address and go for the further configurations.

·         Open the web browser and access the Netgear router login page. You can use http:// www. Routerlogin.net login web utility for accessing the router login page or you can also use http:// 192.168.0.1 IP address.
·         You will need to fill the login details including the login user name and the password. Make sure that you will the correct login details for accessing the setup for your device.
·         Go for “Advanced” option.
·         After that go for “Advanced Setup” tab.
·         Then you will find the “Wireless Bridge” tab.
·         Using the check box you can now enable the bridge mode for your device.
·         There you will fill need to fill some required information like you will need to fill the network frequency settings and the SSID settings.
·         After that you will need to click on the “Save” button so that you can save the settings you have made for your Netgear router bridge mode.
