If you have two Netgear wifi router devices then you can use
one of them for boosting your internet connections. There are some simple
settings that you can follow and you can place your extender device to a
location where you need more internet connections.
Here are the Steps to Configure your Netgear Router as Extender Device
·
Using Ethernet cable connects your computer
device to your Netgear wifi router device.
·
Once you provide power supply to your device,
you can launch web browser at your computer device.
·
Access Netgear wifi extender login page from the same web browser and fill the login
details that are not changed yet.
·
Select “Wireless” option from there.
·
Find “Advance” option under “Advanced Setup”
tab.
·
There you can configure the wifi repeater mode
for your Netgear wifi router device.
Now you can place your Netgear wifi extender device to a
location that is in the middle way of your router and your wireless devices.
